IEEE, la pi\u00f9 grande associazione professionale mondiale per il progresso tecnologico, ha riconosciuto come IEEE Milestone il sistema di circuiti integrati per la radio digitale satellitare sviluppato da STMicroelectronics tra il 1996 e il 1997.<\/p><h4><strong>Un riconoscimento storico per la radio digitale satellitare e i circuiti integrati innovativi<\/strong><\/h4><p>Questo prestigioso riconoscimento onora il lavoro pionieristico svolto nei centri di ricerca e sviluppo di STMicroelectronics in Italia e Francia, che ha rivoluzionato la ricezione e la decodifica audio digitale, migliorando l\u2019accesso all\u2019istruzione e all\u2019intrattenimento globale, con un impatto significativo soprattutto in Africa.<\/p><p>Kathleen Kramer, Presidente di IEEE, ha dichiarato:<br \/><em>&#8220;Questa pietra miliare esemplifica la potenza dell&#8217;innovazione ingegneristica di trasformare la societ\u00e0.
