sviluppo della statistica dei semiconduttori (1924-26)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #03234b;\"><span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><strong>Luigi Dadda<\/strong> <\/span>del Politecnico di Milano per l\u2019invenzione del moltiplicatore (1965).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Il sesto riconoscimento a fine settembre 2020 \u00e8 andato a <strong>STMicroelectronics<\/strong> per lo sviluppo a met\u00e0 degli anni Ottanta della tecnologia <strong>BCD <\/strong>(che riunisce su un solo circuito integrato o chip transistor di tipo dell\u2019automobile, e applicazioni per stampanti e Hard Disk. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Il 18 maggio sar\u00e0 insediata la targa che ricorda la
