Come nel 2020, ci sar\u00e0 una parte teorica al mattino e una parte hands-on al pomeriggio (dettagli e link all\u2019agenda disponibili a partire dal 7 maggio 2021 su pepite.info).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Ma le novit\u00e0 non si limitano al workshop. <span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><a style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.st.com\">ST<\/a><\/span>, infatti, lancia per la prima volta una challenge: disegnare una rete neurale artificiale (<strong>ANN<\/strong>) e misurarne l\u2019accuratezza integrandola nel pacchetto SW rilasciato da <span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><a style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.st.com\">ST<\/a><\/span> ad iscrizione effettuata.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><strong>Su quale argomento verte la sfida? <\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Le batterie agli ioni di litio (<strong>Li-Ion<\/strong>) sono batterie ricaricabili, il cui stato di carica deve essere massimizzato per una durata di esercizio estesa. Grazie alle loro capacit\u00e0 chimiche esse sono in grado di immagazzinare energia di densit\u00e0 ottimale. Per questi motivi, le batterie Li-Ion hanno guadagnato una notevole popolarit\u00e0 e sono ampiamente utilizzate sia nei dispositivi mobili di elaborazione (ad es. smartphone e smartwatch) sia nei sistemi automobilistici (ad esempio, veicoli ibridi ed elettrici). Un fondamentale parametro per il monitoraggio della salute della batteria \u00e8 lo stato di salute (State of Health, <strong>SoH<\/strong>), che viene calcolato dalla massima capacit\u00e0 rilasciabile e da quella nominale fornita dal fabbricante di batterie. L\u2019SoH misura la funzionalit\u00e0 della batteria nell&#8217;immagazzinamento e nell&#8217;erogazione dell&#8217;energia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><strong>La Challenge<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Coloro che si iscriveranno alla challenge e saranno accettati dovranno disegnare una rete neurale artificiale (<strong>ANN<\/strong>) e misurarne l\u2019accuratezza integrandola nel Pacchetto SW rilasciato da <span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><a style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.st.com\">ST<\/a> <\/span>ad iscrizione effettuata. Allo scopo saranno utilizzati dati pubblici, misurati con batterie Li-Ion forniti dalla <strong>NASA<\/strong>. Gli stessi sono stati pre-elaborati ed integrati nel pacchetto SW il quale \u00e8 anche pronto all\u2019integrazione di una rete neurale nel notebook <span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><u>Jupyter fornito nel pacchetto<\/u><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Peraltro, un esempio molto semplice \u00e8 gi\u00e0 integrato per facilitare il lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Mediante la valutazione, integrata nel notebook, delle prestazioni dei modelli in termini di <strong>RMSE<\/strong> (root mean square error) e <strong>MAE<\/strong> (mean absolute error), i candidati dovranno fornire al comitato di valutazione ST reti neurali pre-addestrate mettendo in evidenza le prestazioni raggiunte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">In base ai risultati pi\u00f9 accurati prodotti dai lavori inviati e valutati da ST, ad alcuni candidati sar\u00e0 richiesto ulteriormente di programmare la board automotive <span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><a style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/content\/st_com\/en\/products\/evaluation-tools\/product-evaluation-tools\/mcu-mpu-eval-tools\/spc5-automotive-mcu-eval-tools\/spc584b-dis.html\">SPC584B-DIS<\/a><\/span> (che sar\u00e0 loro inviata &nbsp;da ST) usando il tool <span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><a style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/en\/development-tools\/spc5-studio-ai.html\">SPC5-Studio.AI<\/a><\/span> (integrato nel tool <span style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\"><a style=\"color: #3cb4e6;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/en\/development-tools\/spc5-studio.html\">SPC5-Studio<\/a><\/span>), oggetto del tutorial del 9 giugno, in modo da preparare una dimostrazione. La mail contiene anche le informazioni per scaricare e configurare l\u2019ambiente SPC5-Studio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #e6007e;\"><strong>Che versione di tensorflow devo usare per la challenge?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">La versione 2.3.0<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #e6007e;\"><strong>In che formati posso salvare la rete neurale?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">I formati sono Keras (.h5) o TensorflowLite (.tflite). A chi la devo inviare?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03234b;\">Deve essere inviato il notebook Jupyter <strong>BMS_Tutorial_neural_networks.ipynb<\/strong> con la soluzione e le misure (MAE, MSE, RMSE) ben visibili nelle celle predisposte. Deve essere rieseguibile dal comitato ST come fornito e senza ulteriori modifiche al progetto originale fornito con la challenge, se non per la parte di rete neurale proposta.
